WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT/June 27, 2024 – Video News Service

On June 17, 2024, at approximately 11:19 a.m., a Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputy
The office was dispatched to Boyd Road in the City of Covington, for a single car motor vehicle
crash into a pole. The driver of the vehicle was identified as William R. Tombari, 53, of Pavilion, NY.

During the investigation, Tombari showed suspected signs of impairment from alcohol. The deputy administered standardized roadside field sobriety tests and Tombari performed poorly on the tests and was subsequently arrested for drunk driving.

Tombari was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office, where he took a breathalyzer test to determine his blood alcohol level. Tombari was reportedly over the legal limit.

Tombari is charged with aggravated DUI/BAC 0.18 or greater, DUI and
moving from one lane in an unsafe manner. Tombari was issued a ticket and is due back in Covington City Court at a later date.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hapreet Bagga, 38, of Brampton, Ontario, Canada, following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw for aggravated unlicensed driving. Patrol officers observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Route 20A, allegedly exceeding the posted speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and Bagga was found to be currently suspended in New York for failing to pay a driver’s fee.

Bagga was arrested and issued citations for speeding over 55 and 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Bagga will answer the charges on July 15, 2024 in the Warsaw City Court

Following a traffic stop for a traffic violation on national road 20A in the village of Warsaw,
Sajid Hossain, 19, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested and charged with possession of a false inspection certificate.
The inspection sticker on his vehicle indicated that it belonged to another vehicle.
Hossain was treated at the side of the road and given a court appearance notice to return to the village of
Warsaw Court at a later date.

Following a domestic incident that occurred inside a moving vehicle while he was in the City of
Warsaw, Brandon D. Bunk, 29, of Warsaw, NY, was arrested for multiple domestic offenses.
alleged that Bunk removed the keys from a vehicle while it was in motion while performing a
domestic incident while a three-year-old child was in the vehicle.

Bunk was arrested and charged with criminal mischief (4th degree), endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment (2nd degree).

Bunk was arraigned before Judge Fusani, where he was released on his own recognizance.
the commitment must be returned to the Warsaw City Court at a later date.

On June 17, 2024, at approximately 1:12 p.m., deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office were
conducting a stationary patrol on Route 20A in the town of Perry, when a vehicle was
observed traveling eastbound with suspended registration.

A traffic stop and traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Ahmad H. Alali, 23, of Buffalo, New York.
Following a traffic investigation, Alali was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Alali was treated at the side of the road and released on a citation and is expected to appear in Perry Township Court at a later date.

On June 12, 2024, at approximately 11:32 p.m., a Wyoming County Sheriff's Office deputy was
patrolling westbound on Route 20A in the city of Warsaw, when a vehicle was observed
traveling east with a suspended registration.

A traffic stop and traffic stop was conducted near the Warsaw village line and the driver was identified as Lavon R. Shaw, 30, of Buffalo, NY. Following a traffic investigation, Shaw was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Shaw was stopped at the roadside and released on a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in Warsaw Municipal Court at a later date.

Following a traffic stop for speeding on June 10, 2024 on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon,
Crystal M. Cruz, 46, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed driving.
3rd degree operation.

Cruz showed that she had an active suspension of her New York driver's license for non-payment of child support. Cruz was treated at the side of the road and given a ticket. She is scheduled to return to the town of Sheldon Court on 06/24/24

On June 10, 2024, at approximately 7:32 p.m., a Wyoming County Sheriff's Office deputy arrested a
vehicle on Rt. 20A in the City of Warsaw, for having its registration suspended.

The driver of the vehicle, Duke Agbleze, 20, of Buffalo, New York, was arrested and charged with operating with
Registration suspended/revoked. Agbleze received a ticket and must appear in Warsaw
Municipal Court on June 24, 2024.

On June 8, 2024, Melissa J. Beaumont, age 46 of Rochester, New York, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 77 in the Town of Sheldon.

Beaumont was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Beaumont was the victim of an active suspension and received an appearance ticket for
driving without a license aggravated to the third degree, subject to remand to municipal court at a later date

David A. Nesbitt, 52, of Farmington, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on East Buffalo Street
in the Village of Warsaw on June 7, 2024.

Nesbitt was stopped by deputies after they discovered the vehicle he was driving did not have brake lights and the inspection was expired.

Nesbitt was found to have a suspended license with 7 total suspensions dating back to 1994. Nesbitt is charged with no brake lights, uninspected motor vehicle, driving without a license and aggravated driving.

Village Court at a later date
