A woman was sentenced to prison for hitting a man with her car in 2021 in Latonia. It happened on March 29 around 7:05 p.m. when Covington officers went to the 4200 block of Winston Avenue after receiving a report of a person struck by a vehicle in the former Burlington Coat Factory parking lot. When officers arrived on scene, they found a vehicle, the driver of the vehicle and a man lying on the ground. The man, later identified as Frank Harris, 54, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died. Investigators say the evidence led them to believe the crash was intentional and arrested the driver, 44-year-old Marsha L. Miller. and charged her with first-degree murder. On Tuesday, Miller was sentenced to 30 years in prison after a jury found her guilty of murder.
