WOMAN INVOLVED IN JCPENNEY RETAIL THEFT IDENTIFIED

State police say the suspect involved in a retail theft incident earlier this month has been apprehended.

Police have not identified the woman involved, but say she is responsible for stealing clothing worth more than $246 from JCPenney at the Indiana Mall on June 4.
