Woman charged with murder after fatally stabbing man in Mount Hope

A 60-year-old woman has been arrested after being accused of fatally stabbing a man Saturday morning in Mount Hope.

Authorities say Walton Avenue resident John Welgoss, 32, was found dead at the scene with multiple stab wounds to the chest.

Jacqueline Ratliff, who also lives on Walton Avenue, was apprehended and charged with her murder later that day.
