Woman charged with alleged murder of her ex-partner, an 'iconic girl' of white supremacism

A woman accused of allegedly murdering her ex-boyfriend is being portrayed as one of the muses of Australian white supremacists.

Melony Jane Attwood was allegedly team leader of the Facebook group “Aryan Girls United” and also had links to the neo-Nazi group Aryan Nations Perth, an Australian chapter of the group.

It is alleged that Ms Attwood had links to neo-Nazi groups. She is one of four people charged with murder.

Ms Attwood, 35, is one of four people charged with the alleged murder of Alan George Taylor.

Mr Taylor, a 42-year-old boilermaker, was found bludgeoned to death at his Girrawheen home in April.

During the investigation, police said Mr. Taylor was a devoted family man and a law-abiding citizen.

He was found dead in his Arnos Way home at around 4.45pm on April 22.

Police said Mr Taylor “sustained significant injuries, which indicated a high level of violence was used to cause his death”.

Mr Taylor lived with Ms Attwood, their three-year-old son and several others before his death.

Homicide detectives are believed to be investigating Ms Attwood's links to the Perth group.

Two other people charged with Mr Taylor's alleged murder, Robert Wayne Edhouse, 20, and Corey Joshua Dymock, 19, also have alleged links to Ayran Nations Perth.

Alan George Taylor is believed to have been murdered. Four people are in police custody following his death.

Mr Taylor was a FIFO employee who lived with Ms Attwood (accused) in Perth.

A fourth suspect, aged 17, cannot be named for legal reasons.

Photos from his personal Facebook account reportedly show the Perth Aryan Nation flag hanging in a courtyard along with a number of swastika symbols.

The daily mail reported that a post on his account read: “I'm going to start hugging people I hate so I know what size hole to dig.”

Mr Taylor's parents also took to social media to share their grief over the “senseless murder” of their son.

“I just wanted you all to know that WE are Alan's (sic) parents who had to hold a funeral after his brutal and senseless murder and he was buried today, his family and true friends are all broken and heartbroken.”

Mr Taylor's family suffered a double tragedy within months of his uncle's death in the Yarloop bushfires in January 2016.

In the weeks before Mr Taylor's death, Mr Edhouse was on a crusade for the group sending supremacist messages to homes across Perth through letterboxes.

A Midland parking lot was also marked with graffiti linked to the group.

All four accused killers have been remanded in custody and are expected to appear in court at a later date.

Police said all four knew Mr Taylor before his death.
