Woman charged after alleged OVI crash that injured teen

Prosecutors said Marissa Vezeau was driving under the influence when she hit a pole. The 15-year-old girl who was in the car was seriously injured, fracturing several bones. The teen was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where she was intubated. After the crash, prosecutors alleged Vezeau tried to hide alcohol from police officers at the scene. Prosecutors said Vezeau had a history of OVI, with two prior convictions. She is charged with aggravated vehicular assault and child endangerment. Her lawyer said she wasn't the one driving. A not guilty plea was entered during the hearing. Bail was denied.
