(KRON) — An Oakland woman was arrested Monday for allegedly stabbing an Emeryville Chick-Fil-A restaurant last week, Emeryville police said. The stabbing occurred on the outdoor terrace of the fast-food restaurant on May 20.

Police say a man was eating his meal when a woman walked by and slit his neck with an unknown object. The man's skin was cut, but it was not deep and he refused medical attention, police said.

The suspect and victim did not know each other and police described the attack as “completely unprovoked.” Police do not know exactly what was used to carry out the attack.

The suspect was described as a white female, approximately 6 feet tall with slicked back brown hair. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants.

She was found and arrested on Monday. Police identified her as 35-year-old Anastasia Magganas. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
