100 pieces. from Justice Center Road, Joseph Wear, 35 years old, was arrested for criminal attempt to commit a felony, second degree burglary, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

North 15th Street and Allison Avenue, Mathew Porter, 35, of Fountain, was issued a summons for arrest for failure to stop a school bus displaying flashing red lights.

3100 bl. from Highway 50, Crystal Bakery, 41 years old, received a summons for theft.

3100 bl. from East Main, Joris Pennethy, 42 years old, of Pueblo, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

400 pieces. from Royal Gorge Boulevard, Nicolas Seward, 43 years old, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass and theft.
