A thorough search of his home revealed the presence of crystal methamphetamine in his possession. Additionally, officers found methamphetamine pills hidden in a black leather shoulder bag on the second floor, as well as a digital scale. All items were seized as evidence.

Nonglak claimed that the methamphetamine and crystal methamphetamine were supplied by a man named Muet, who resides in Samut Prakan province. Police accused Nonglak of drug trafficking and began legal proceedings to prosecute her.
