Woman arrested after stabbing man in Spokane Valley trailer | Spokane News

SPOKANE, Wash. — The woman suspected of stabbing a man, causing serious injuries in Spokane Valley, has been arrested.

The stabbing happened around 4 a.m. June 3 near the 4700 block of East 1st Street and Custer Road. The Spokane County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and learned the suspect had left the scene.

SCSO said the stabbing resulted from a disagreement that escalated into a violent assault. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries and is said to be in stable condition.

The suspect was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of first-degree assault, second-degree assault and first-degree residential burglary.

This incident remains under active investigation.
