A short time later, the driver of the vehicle, Tyrone Eldridge Jr., was found nearby and arrested. The passenger, Kaedain Allen, was not found, even with the use of a thermal-capable drone, camera surveillance footage and a perimeter search by officers. Eldridge, 20, was charged with fleeing to elude and several traffic violations. Eldridge was given a $5,000 bond. Officers returned to Quarry Park where they again searched the area on foot with the assistance of a bloodhound, deployed a drone, searched all local hospitals and requested assistance from the Winston-Salem Fire Department for a search at the water. Allen has still not been found. On Monday, officers, along with the Winston-Salem FD Heavy Rescue Team and the High Point Dive Team, searched the quarry by boat and also used a submersible drone.
