Williamsport man arrested after allegedly breaking into ex's house | News, Sports, Jobs

Arriving home in the early hours of May 25, a Williamsport woman found several photos of her 1-year-old son, as well as several items of clothing and shoes missing from her Cemetery Street residence, according to an affidavit.

The alleged victim identified her ex-boyfriend and the child's father, Warren Raheem Dogan, 32, of 1134 Washington Blvd., as the likely culprit.

Dogan was captured by a neighbor's Ring doorbell camera shortly after 4 a.m. and data from his ankle monitor confirmed his presence in the area between 2:11 a.m. and 5:07 a.m. on the morning of the break-in , according to an affidavit.

It is believed Dogan attempted to gain access inside the alleged victim's home through two windows with moved screens, although all windows were locked, police said.

An unlocked basement door was determined to be the point of entry.

At no time did Dogan live with her at the residence and she did not give him permission to enter or remove any property, she said, according to court documents.

Dogan was arraigned on charges of burglary and criminal trespass by District Judge Denise Dieter and then jailed at the Lycoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
