Wateroak Drive arson suspect identified

A suspect in an arson incident this weekend on Wateroak Drive has been identified by London, Ont. police.

Genadi Nacshonov, 55, of London, has not been located and, as such, has been charged by arrest warrant with the following offences:

• Arson with disregard for human life
• Mischief under $5,000
• Provocation of threats/material damage
• Criminal harassment through threatening behavior
• Disguise with intention
• Theft under $5,000
• Intrusion at night

Investigators believe the accused left the country.

Alex Krygsman, Chief of the Investigative Services Branch. “Our investigative team worked tirelessly to identify a suspect and ensure appropriate charges were laid. Although charges have been filed, this investigation continues to be active and ongoing, and will remain so until the accused is taken into custody.
