Warren man taken to court for alleged child molestation – Macomb Daily

A 33-year-old Warren man has been arraigned on charges of sexually assaulting a young girl.

James Dandre Hall is accused of committing the crime against a 7-year-old girl at her home on June 16. He is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, with the defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13 years old. old, which is a lifetime felony, and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, the defendant being over 17 and the victim being under 13, a 15-year felony.

Hall was arraigned in 37th District Court, where Judge John Chmura set bail at $100,000 cash/surety. If released, Hall must have no contact with the victim or minors.

A probable cause hearing is scheduled for July 2 at 8:45 a.m. before Judge Suzanne Faunce.
