Victim, suspect identified in Bisbee homicide | Local

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — Authorities have identified the victim and suspect in the Bisbee homicide that occurred over the weekend.

On May 26 at 12:51 p.m., Bisbee Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Bisbee Road for a welfare check.

The caller reported seeing a man lying on the ground who was unresponsive.

When they arrived, they found 73-year-old Lee Vance.

During the investigation, Bisbee Police determined the death to be suspicious.

With the assistance of Douglas Police, officers were able to establish a timeline of events and identify a person of interest.

On May 28, Bisbee police arrested Nathan Banbury, 45, accused of Vance's murder.
