Victim identified in fatal truck crash in Chester

The Delaware County Medical Examiner has identified the victim of the fatal crash in the area of ​​Second and Flower streets in Chester.

Michelle A. Myers, 53, of Chester, was killed shortly after 11:30 a.m. Friday morning.

Myers and another passenger were in a vehicle that ended up under an empty chemical tanker truck.

They remained trapped under the vehicle following the collision. The second victim was taken to hospital in critical condition.

The police are investigating.
