Victim identified and suspect in custody for fatal shooting in Birmingham's Central Park community

The Jefferson County medical examiner on Monday identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred Friday in Birmingham's Central Park neighborhood. Willie Lee Dorsey Jr., 55, was found with a gunshot wound when officers responded to a gas station near the intersection of Bessemer Road and Ensley Avenue, according to the Birmingham Police Department. >> THE LATEST: WVTM 13 Headlines and Weather He was pronounced dead at the scene.
