'Very disgusting;' 17-year-old accused of assaulting second teen in Dayton – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

Davis couldn't believe her 14-year-old daughter had been attacked.

“When she did that, my daughter and I got a phone call at work, it was devastating,” she said.

Davis shared a video showing her daughter being assaulted.

The video shows her daughter tried to run away, but the older teen chased her and hit her head and face.

The teen told News Center 7 she “didn't have time to think.”

“I don’t see how a teenager can be here doing all this, she needs help,” Davis said.

She initially thought her daughter's assault was an isolated event, until she saw News Center 7's report about a 13-year-old girl who also claimed to have been assaulted by the girl 17 years old.

“It’s very disgusting to me that she would do this to young children,” Davis said.

The 14-year-old said she wanted to see the girl in prison for what she did to her.

A police report was filed by the 13-year-old victim of the assault and given to prosecutors in juvenile court to review potential charges.
