Michael Wayne Hall was booked into the Crawford County Jail Tuesday on charges of terroristic threats, human trafficking, communications harassment, domestic battery and aggravated assault of a family member or family member.

On May 12, detectives received a report from a woman claiming Hall was harassing her over CashApp messages, emails and text messages. She told police that Hall had been violent to her a month earlier, choking her until she nearly passed out and then throwing her to the ground.

He then allegedly slammed her leg and arms against a door about ten times, according to the affidavit. She said Hall then grabbed her head and hit it against the tiles “like a basketball.”

Another person spoke with detectives on Jan. 18, who said she left Hall's home in the middle of the night, according to the document. She said Hall picked her and another woman up while they were in Kentucky and eventually went to live with them full time.

She told authorities she left on the night of Jan. 17 because of the way Hall treated her, allegedly kicking her in the ribs and stomach while she was on the ground.

Hall told her in 2023 that the two would start doing porn on OnlyFans and that the money made would be controlled by him, the woman told detectives. The money was allegedly paid into Hall's account which belonged only to him.

She explained that she could not refuse to film with him without risking being beaten, according to the affidavit.

OnlyFans was Hall's full-time job when he and the woman moved to Van Buren in 2023, the woman said. She told police she was forced to participate and that Hall would get upset and start yelling and throwing things if she refused.

A second affidavit states that on May 29, Van Buren police conducted a welfare check on a woman. Her friend was reportedly concerned for her welfare after she was asked for help getting to Florida.

When police contacted the woman, she said she was fine. However, a second welfare check was conducted on June 3 and when she opened the door, she began crying “hysterically,” according to the affidavit.

She ran out of the house saying Hall headbutted her twice. Officers noticed two red marks on his forehead and left eye.

The affidavit says she told officers she had photos of previous injuries that Hall had given her and that he had threatened to shoot and kill her.

Text messages between Hall and the woman were included in the affidavit, one of which read “I will literally kill you.”

Hall is currently free on $100,000 bail and awaiting a court appearance.
