UTSA football player arrested for alleged aggravated robbery

UTSA released a statement saying it was aware of the situation and had suspended the player while the matter was investigated.

SAN ANTONIO — UTSA football player Nicholas Brown has been arrested and faces two counts of grand larceny.

The alleged thefts took place in February and Brown was arrested on Thursday, June 13.

At this time, little information has been released regarding this case, but Brown was released after posting $150,000 bail and was placed under house arrest. Brown also received a restraining order from two people.

“We are aware of the situation regarding Nick Booker-Brown and are currently gathering further information. He has been suspended indefinitely from football activities while the matter is investigated,” Joe said Izbrand, UTSA communications director.
