Upset Customer Arrested at Furniture Store: Brunswick Police Blotter

BRUNSWICK, Ohio

Disorderly conduct, Center Road

Police were called to a furniture store at 4:26 p.m. on June 3 to an angry customer who was upset about an order he had placed that “used profanity and threatened harm to staff members.” Store management told police they wanted to pursue criminal charges for the disturbance and also requested that the customer be removed from the property. The Olmsted Township man was cited for disorderly conduct and issued trespassing papers to police.

Combat, pearl road

Police arrested a Brunswick man and a North Royalton man at 8:21 p.m. June 7 when officers responded to a fight at a bar on Pearl Road. The two men had been separated when police arrived and officers determined that they were both involved in a physical fight inside the bar. They were cited for disorderly conduct and then released.

Speeding/open container, Grafton Road

A driver was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on June 3 for speeding. Police observed an open container of alcohol in the center console of the vehicle and the driver was cited for speeding and open container.

Property Found, Pearl Road

A manager at the McDonald's store on Pearl Road reported finding marijuana on the property at 7:34 a.m. June 9. The manager asked the police to remove the marijuana from the property.
