*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal Three-Vehicle Crash in Wilmington – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have identified an 89-year-old man Grover Brown of Wilmington, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Wilmington.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Master Corporal M.
