*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash Near Milton – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police identified 18-year-old Shayla Montgomery of Linwood, Pennsylvania, as the woman who died in a fatal pedestrian crash early Friday morning near Milton.

The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Police are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Senior Corporal J.
