*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal E-Scooter Crash in New Castle – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have identified a 37-year-old man Zun Wei Shao of New Castle, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal electric scooter crash Sunday evening in New Castle.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Police are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Corporal P.
