*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal Collision Involving Gas Bicycle in Wilmington – Delaware State Police

Delaware State Police have identified a 22-year-old man Nasir Ferrell Mays of Wilmington, Delaware, as the man who died in a fatal collision involving a gas-powered bicycle that occurred Thursday afternoon in Wilmington.

The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Police are asking anyone who witnessed this accident to contact Master Corporal J.
