Update: (July 4, 2024): Diddy maintains, once again, his innocence.

The record label executive's attorney shared a statement with TMZ denying the sex trafficking charge brought against him in his most recent lawsuit.

Attorney Jonathan Davis said:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason and with no evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to uncover the truth and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other baseless accusations.”

The woman, former porn star Adria Englishsaid Diddy “groomed” her for sex trafficking over time. In the lawsuit, she also accused the popular hip-hop jeweler Jacob Arabova.k.a Jacob the Jewelerwas one of the people Diddy demanded that she have “forced sex” with him.

Original story: (July 3, 2024): Another trial has been brought before the courts. Diddy.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the record label executive has been sued once again over sex trafficking allegations. The recent complaint was filed by a former porn star named Adria Englishstage name Omunique. English claims she met Diddy in 2004, when her boyfriend auditioned for a modeling job for Sean John. Apparently, the unnamed boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex on Diddy to get the job. However, after refusing, the boyfriend was offered the job with the stipulation that he would get English work as a “go-go dancer” in Diddy White party in the Hamptons.

From there, things apparently got even crazier, with English affirming Diddy “groomed” her for sex trafficking over time. She says she worked several parties for the “Bad Boy For Life” artist where she was encouraged to flirt with guests and was required to drink alcohol laced with narcotics. In an Instagram post shared in late March about those parties, English wrote,

“I lived in Batery Park City [SIC] and I was working for #Diddy on the side. I got hired on his events team as a go-go dancer… We traveled the states with that! I didn't know I was being trafficked.

The caption adds:

Tag yourself or message me if you can connect more dots with me! So the drinks were strong!!!!

In the lawsuit, she recalls that her former boss asked her to have sex with the famous hip-hop jeweler. Jacob Arabova.k.a Jacob the Jeweler. After the “forced sex,” she allegedly received an additional $1,000 on top of what she usually earned for her job at Diddy events. Jacob Arabov is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Another accused is a woman named Tamiko Thomaswho, according to Englishease Diddy sex trafficking operation. English claims it was “transmitted” to several people on behalf of DiddyShe says he promised to help her advance her career while threatening to blacklist her and her boyfriend if they did not follow his demands.

She eventually escaped in 2009 but claims she was blacklisted as punishment. The complaint claims she suffered emotional trauma and is seeking unspecified damages.
