He is accused of driving while intoxicated. ACCORDING TO THE UAPD PRELIMINARY REPORT, TYSON WAS ARRESTED ON GARLAND AVENUE AFTER HITTING THE TRORD. TYSON denied drinking at first, but later said he had 5-7 beers when asked again. AFTER FAILING A FIELD SOBRIITY TEST, HE WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY JAIL. Previous arrest

This is not the first time John Tyson has been arrested in Fayetteville. He pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges in Fayetteville District Court last year.
