Two teens in custody after 17-year-old stabbed in Brooklyn: sources

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 17-year-old man after an altercation with three others outside a downtown Brooklyn business and education center, a learned the Post.

Police arrived outside Metrotech — near Myrtle Avenue and Lawrence Street — around 12:50 a.m. Friday after several witnesses called 911 and discovered the 17-year-old had been stabbed in the shoulder.

Three teenagers attempted to flee the scene when police arrived. Two have been taken into custody by police while one is still at large, sources revealed. Their ages and gender are unknown.

Sheets of paper or brochures lay scattered next to a stretch of blood-soaked concrete late Friday afternoon, underscoring the seriousness of the stabbing attack.

The footage shows several officers poring over the crime scene which was cordoned off with police tape.

One video shows officers speaking to a person wearing black shoes, shorts and a shirt. But it's not clear whether they were linked to the attack.

The stabbing took place off campus, the Department of Education confirmed before referring The Post to the NYPD for more details.
