Two Springfield men arrested in shots fired call

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Two Springfield residents are facing gun charges after police were called to reports of shots fired on Edmund Wayne Circle early Thursday morning.

According to the Springfield Police Department, around 4 a.m. officers were called to the 0-100 block of Edmund Wayne Circle for a ShotSpotter activation. When officers arrived, they found a man, later identified as 21 years old. Elieser Rodriguezstanding between two cars.
