Two dead after plane crash near Siler City Municipal Airport, North Carolina State Highway Patrol says

A PRINCIPAL AND A TEACHER'S ASSISTANT IN ALAMANCE COUNTY ALL CHARGED IN CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATION. THE DISTRICT SAYS JACKSON WAS A TEN MONTH EMPLOYEE AND HIS APPOINTMENT ENDED YESTERDAY. CASIMIR IS SUSPENDED WITH PAY WHILE DISTRICT AND LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIONS CONTINUE. SEEING THESE ARRESTS COME LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ALAMANCE BURLINGTON SCHOOL SYSTEM CANCELED SUMMER SCHOOL FOR SOME STUDENTS DUE TO BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS, KINDERGARTEN, FIRST GRADE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE ALL IMPACTED.
