North Carolina woman faces charges after shooting on South Mebane Street, Burlington officers say

A woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left one person injured, according to the Burlington Police Department. Police were called to an altercation on South Mebane Street around 6:30 p.m. Monday. During the altercation, a 36-year-old woman was shot, police said.
