Toronto man, 47, killed in Allan Gardens stabbing

The victim of a fatal stabbing in Allan Gardens earlier this week has been identified as a 47-year-old Toronto man. Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, Toronto Police officers were called to Allan Gardens downtown and found a man unconscious. At the time, they said the man suffered "unspecified injuries" but later said he had been stabbed. The man was taken to hospital and was later pronounced dead. In a news release released Friday, police identified the victim as Donovan Wyn, 47, of Toronto.
