Three people arrested in Lyon County for allegedly stealing more than $100,000 in property | News

Three people have been arrested in Lyon County following an investigation into a major residential burglary that resulted in the theft or destruction of more than $100,000 worth of property.

The burglary victim was planning to retire in Yerington, Nevada, and was storing personal items at a property there.

Over several months, a series of burglaries took place and most of the victim's personal effects were stolen or destroyed.

In April and May 2024, Lyon County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an extensive investigation, during which they recovered more than $45,000 in stolen property and arrested three suspects.

Richard Adams was arrested on May 1. His bond is $87,620.

He faces charges of robbery, possession of stolen property, residential burglary, destruction of property and breaking and entering.

Crystal Jackson was arrested on May 24. His bond is $37,670.

She faces charges of destruction of property, residential burglary, breaking and entering and various drug possession charges.

Traivs Paulos-Ivanich was arrested on May 31. His bail is $35,000.

He faces charges of receiving stolen property and robbery.
