Three people arrested in double homicide in Fremont County

(FREMONT COUNTY, Colo.) — Two women and a man have been arrested on murder and kidnapping charges in connection with a 2022 double homicide in Fremont County.

According to the Fremont County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), Anthony Fogle, 45, was arrested on May 5, 2024 while in federal custody in Englewood on separate drug and weapons charges.


Toni Gurule, 41, and Suzzete Salyer, 40, were arrested by FCSO detectives in Mohave County, Arizona, on June 1, 2024, with the assistance of the county Sheriff's Office SWAT team of Mohave.

The three were indicted on April 30, 2024, with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of first-degree kidnapping in connection with the deaths of Ryan Roth, 25, and Rodolfo Santillan-Reyes, 36. The bodies of Roth and Reyes were found in Phantom Canyon near Fremont County Route 67 on February 8, 2022.

Fogle, Salyer and Gurule are awaiting extradition to Fremont County.
