Three Jamestown residents arrested after large-scale drug bust

(WJET/WFXP) – Three Jamestown residents were arrested after a search warrant found drugs, drug paraphernalia and weapons in their home.

On Wednesday, June 19, at approximately 6:10 a.m., members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on Grandin Street with the assistance from the Jamestown Police Department SWAT team.


Police say inside the home were five people, including 42-year-old Jamie Warner, 55-year-old Zachary Clark and 34-year-old Kevin Young.

During their search, law enforcement found brass knuckles, methamphetamine, mushrooms, ketamine, vicodin, hydrocodone, scales and drug packaging materials .

Warner, Clark and Young were subsequently arrested and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

Police say Young also had a small amount of methamphetamine on him, which was found after his arrest.

Warner and Clark were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Young was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

All three individuals have previously been convicted of crimes and are currently in custody awaiting arraignment.

The Jamestown Police Department was assisted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Dunkirk Police Department, Ellicott Police Department, Chautauqua County Tac Meds and the Jamestown Fire Department.
