Three injured in shooting in North West district

On May 31, at approximately 3:22 p.m., officers from the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 3800 block of Hayward Avenue to investigate a call of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified man and woman as well as a 25-year-old man, all suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported all three victims to an area hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were shot in the 5300 block of Cordelia Avenue.

North West District detectives responded and took control of this investigation.
