A massive brush fire in Gorman, north of Los Angeles, had burned 10,504 acres as of Sunday morning with no reported containment and high winds were expected this evening, state firefighters said.

The fire started around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at Ralph's Ranch and Gorman School roads near the Golden State (5) Freeway, Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman Chris Little said. at City News Service.
