Third person arrested in connection with TH murder

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A third person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Antonio M. Jones.

De'Rion Wilcox, 20, of Terre Haute turned himself in to the Terre Haute Police Department on Tuesday around 2:30 p.m., according to Justin Sears, THPD public information officer.

Wilcox is currently in custody and faces charges of murder, attempted murder, burglary and conspiracy.

The shooting took place on May 7. At 12:25 a.m. that day, police responded to the 1800 block of S. Center Street for the shooting that also injured a second victim. According to our latest report on the shooting, this second victim is recovering from his injuries.

Nick O. Rogan, 21, of Terre Haute, was arrested in connection with the May 13 shooting, and Levon J. Warrington, 21, was arrested in connection with the May 14 shooting.

Sears said further details of the investigation would be released as permitted.
