The film chamber has been contacted for film titles related to the alleged Darshan murder case, like D-Gang and Khaidi No 6106: Report

As Kannada actor Darshan spends time in jail for the alleged murder of Renukaswamy, filmmakers are rushing to the film chamber to register titles related to the case. A TOI report claims that filmmakers have been refused by the film chamber for titles related to the case as the matter is still in court. D-Gang, Pattanagere Shed and Khaidi No 6106 were among the titles for which approval was sought. D-Gang is a derivative of Darshan's nickname D-Boss, Pattanagere shed is where the alleged murder took place, and 6106 is the undertrial prisoner number assigned to Darshan in Parappana jail Agrahara.

D-Gang was targeted 2 years ago

Rocky Somli told the publication that D-Gang was a song he had thought of two years ago and had even composed a song about it. But after Darshan’s arrest, he wanted to record it immediately. “After Darshan’s arrest, I saw many news channels airing programmes with similar titles, and that’s when we came up with the idea of ​​recording the song before anyone else.”

The cinema chamber refuses to receive

Rocky also claimed that the film board had refused to consider any title related to the Darshan case. “We are hoping to get the title as it was planned two years ago and we have enough evidence to prove it.” Khaidi No 6106 is popular among the actor's fans who have tattooed it on bodies and pasted it on vehicles, the publication reported.

Darshan Murder Case

Darshan, Pavithra Gowda and their accomplices were taken into custody on June 11 and will remain in custody till July 4 in connection with the alleged murder of Renukaswamy. The case was registered at Kamakshipalya police station. The Special Economic Offenses Court in Bengaluru recently passed the order to keep them in judicial custody, according to ANI.

Renukaswamy is a fan of Darshan who allegedly sent abusive messages to Pavithra. His body was found on June 9. Following the order, Darshan and the other accused were taken to the central jail. Darshan's wife Vijayalakshmi and son Vinish recently met him in jail.
