CRC Brings Back “Rec at Nite” Summer Events for Teens

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission launches its “Rec at Nite” summer event series aimed at teens on Saturday. The events, which will take place weekly between June 8 and August 10, will take place at the Lincoln Recreation Center in the West End and Hirsch Recreation Center in Avondale. The CRC description states that “teenagers ages 12 to 17 can enjoy both centers every Saturday until 11 p.m. Each center will host intensified themes scheduled in turn. On June 8, Lincoln Recreation hosts Silent Disc-Glow with a live DJ, basketball, haircuts, braiding, lounge, food trucks and free swimming. The following week, on June 15, Hirsch will host breakout rooms, inflatables, a pool party, food, drinks and live music. @Nite themes include Teen Club 513, Dive Movies, 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, and Back-to-School Event. “The Lincoln Recreation Center is located at 1027 Linn Street, while the Hirsch Recreation Center is located at 3630 Reading Road. The Cincinnati Recreation Commission launches its “Rec at Nite” summer event series aimed at teens on Saturday.

The events, which will take place weekly between June 8 and August 10, will be held at the Lincoln Recreation Center in the West End and the Hirsch Recreation Center in Avondale.
