As Taoqi's ability to constantly self-heal will allow you to always trigger its buff, a full Rejuvenating Glow set will be my main alternative.

When using Moonlit Clouds, the best primary echo for Taoqi is Impermanence Heron. The echo is essential, because it will allow you to offer a boost of 12% of all damage to the character who takes the field after her. I recommend pairing our main pick with two Elites and two Common echoes. If you're using Rejuvenating Glow, go with Bell-Borne Geochelone as your primary.
