Tennessee man identified as suspect in multi-county pursuit that ended in fatal crash in Cullman

A Tennessee man has been identified as a suspect in a multi-county chase that ended in the death of a Cullman County woman. Around 7:35 a.m. Friday, a Hartselle patrol officer was driving on Highway 31 near Crescent Drive when they noticed a car driving recklessly, nearly hitting another vehicle, according to the Hartselle Police Department. A Tennessee man has been identified as a suspect in a multi-county chase that ended in the death of a Cullman County woman.

Around 7:35 a.m. Friday, a Hartselle patrol officer was driving on Highway 31 near Crescent Drive when he noticed a car driving recklessly and nearly hitting another vehicle, according to the police department from Hartselle.

The officer then attempted to stop the vehicle, which continued to accelerate toward Falkville and out of the Hartselle town limits.
