Teen's death in New York park ruled a homicide: sources

HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — The death of a teenager who died days after being found on a park bench in Manhattan has been ruled a homicide, according to law enforcement sources.

Tresaun Clements, 16, was found unresponsive near West 149th Street and Bradhurst Avenue just before midnight on June 18, according to police. He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced brain dead two days later.


Sources said Clements' family is considering donating his organs.

Law enforcement sources told PIX11 News that Clements had no visible injuries. The medical examiner ruled the incident a homicide, sources said.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
