Teenager BANNED from Stockport game after cops find drugs, knife and CS spray

Police have ordered a teenager not to return to a part of Stockport after discovering drugs, a knife and CS spray. Neighborhood officers on patrol in Brinnington first noticed a vehicle driving suspiciously yesterday (June 11).

The car was stopped before police carried out a search. They discovered the driver, a 17-year-old boy, was carrying Class A drugs and CS spray.

Officers then searched the boy's home address under section 18 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. There, the police recovered a knife.

Greater Manchester Police said the teenager has now been given strict conditions not to enter Stockport's SK5 area, which includes Brinnington and Reddish. Police Inspector Barber, of GMP Stockport, said: “Officers have worked hard to keep the community safe and tackle criminal behavior.
