Teen Mom Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis Disagree About Having Another Baby in Exclusive Sneak Peek of 'The Next Chapter'

Can the 'Teen Mom: The Next Chapter' couple come to an agreement on this?

Cheyenne Floyd's husband, Zach Davis, thinks she's “a little selfish” in her decision to have another baby. In an exclusive preview of Thursday's PopCulture.com Teen Mom: The Next Chapter In the Season 2 premiere, the MTV couple are at odds as they discuss the possibility of adding another child to their family.

While love is “in the air” for Jade Cline and Sean Austin's wedding in the season premiere, Zach tells Cheyenne he's had other things on his mind lately. “I’m coming back to the kids thing,” he says to a skeptical-looking Chey. “It's something I just want to talk to you about. So?”

Cheyenne's initial lack of response doesn't inspire much confidence in Zach, who reacts by exhaling, “Oh my God.” Cheyenne then tells her husband that she is just trying to listen to him through this. “I know you want to have another baby,” she said. “I think I'm just trying to understand why you want to have another baby.”

Cheyenne is already the mother of a 7-year-old daughter, Ryder, whom she co-parents with Cory Wharton, as well as a 3-year-old son, Ace, whom she welcomed with Zach in 2021. “I have the feeling that when we had Ace, it was like it was going to be the last pregnancy,” Cheyenne tells her husband, who immediately calls this mindset “pretty hypocritical” since the family has since moved to a new house with an additional bedroom for another child.

“You have two [kids], so I know you're probably really happy and cool,” he continues. “Technically, I have one.” Cheyenne looks saddened as she asks Zach, “Don't you feel to have two children?” He explains: “When you go down those stairs, you see yourself in both. I only see myself in Ace. I don't see myself in Ryder because Ryder is not my blood.”

Needless to say, Cheyenne is not convinced by this discussion. “I think every time we have this conversation, I like to sneak into the bathroom and get extra birth control,” she jokes, adding, “I just don't want to be pregnant for the I don't… I love my body and I don't want to play with my hormones right now. I don't want to go through postpartum again. thinking, he tells her, “It’s almost like you “I’m a little selfish,” adding, “Because that’s everything you don’t want to experience.” Cheyenne gives Zach a telling look at the end. of the clip, and viewers will have to tune in to see how she reacts to this judgment.
