Teen charged, victim missing after assault video posted online, police say

A missing Massachusetts teenager was the victim of an assault at her Cape Cod school, and another teen involved in the assault has been charged, Mashpee police said. Aliyah Konton, 15, was last seen Sunday in the area of Cape Drive, according to the Mashpee Police Department.
