According to Swiss law, the presumption of innocence remains until a final judgment is rendered by the highest authority. Accordingly, the lower court's judgment is not considered effective.

The spokesperson said the plaintiffs in the case had withdrawn their allegations, saying in court that they had been misled into signing statements they did not even understand. “It should be noted that there are no longer any plaintiffs in this case and they told the court that they were made to sign statements that they did not even understand.
