Suspect wanted for stabbing 2 men in Belmont

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who stabbed two men Saturday morning in Belmont.

Authorities say the incident took place at East 189th and Hoffman Street at 2 a.m.

The first victim is a 41-year-old man who was stabbed several times. He was injured in the neck, right arm and right wrist.

The second victim, also a 41-year-old man, was a passerby. According to police, he was shot once in the right armpit.

Authorities say both men were hospitalized in stable condition. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
