Suspect in violent Tucson hit-and-run crash identified

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The suspect in a fiery hit-and-run crash in Tucson in April has been identified.

The Tucson Police Department confirmed that an arrest warrant has been issued for 36-year-old Joshua J. Villa.

TPD said Villa was the driver who struck Vicente Chiquet at Euclid and Helen on April 12.
