Suspect arrested in northeast Washington stabbing

Washington DC – Authorities have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing in northeast Washington, D.C.

On Wednesday, June 5 at 12:51 p.m., officers responded to a call of a stabbing in the 1100 block of Northeast 45th Street. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from stab wounds, who was later transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

On Friday, June 28, Ray Charles Stover, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested on a D.C. Superior Court warrant and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
